The Island of Capri is one of the prettiest places to visit in Italy.  Visitors to Naples can catch a boat directly to the island from the ferry terminal in downtown Naples.  Alternatively, one can catch the Circumvesuviana Commuter Train from Naples to Sorrento and then a ferry from Sorrento to Capri.
